Civils Site Manager

2 x Civils Site Managers – Blyth

We are currently recruiting for 2 x Civils Site Managers to work on a large new build warehouse project near Blyth.

This is a long-term opportunity with work expected to run for several years, offering either temp-to-perm or long-term freelance options.

Roles Available

We are looking for two Site Managers with different backgrounds:

1. Roads & Sewers Site Manager

* Overseeing roads, drainage and infrastructure works

* Managing gangs delivering full R&S packages

2. Foundations / Piling Site Manager

* Breaking out concrete and preparing large compounds

* Managing excavation works, cropping piles and working closely with piling contractors

* Overseeing gangs carrying out heavy civils and groundwork packages

Responsibilities

* Managing day-to-day site operations

* Supervising gangs and subcontractors

* Ensuring works are delivered in line with RAMS, HSE and quality standards

* Coordinating plant, labour and materials

* Maintaining programme and productivity on site

Requirements

* Proven experience working for civils subcontractors

* Strong background in relevant discipline (R&S or foundations/piling)

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* CSCS (Black/Gold preferred)

* Strong health & safety awareness

Details

* Location: Near Blyth

* Start: 2 weeks

* Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm

* Rate: £270 – £300 per day

* Duration: Long-term / temp-to-perm / ongoing freelance
