Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

Escape is working in partnership to support them in recruiting a Supply & Logistics Coordinator for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract supporting the supply chain function during a busy operational period.

The role focuses on maintaining continuity of supply, coordinating logistics activity and supporting planning requirements across the business.

Key responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day logistics and supply coordination
Plan and schedule shipments across mainland and island routes
Work with 3PL providers, freight forwarders and internal teams
Monitor and manage stock held in external warehouses
Support customer demand and ensure product availability
Assist with planning activities, including materials/production where required
Resolve operational issues relating to scheduling, capacity and deliveryRequirements:

Experience in supply chain, logistics or planning
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders
Experience with Excel and ERP/MRP systems
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Materials or production planning experience beneficialPackage:
