Rate: £575/day - Umbrella rate

Site: Minimum 3 days per week on site
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a major North Extension (NEX) within a live airport transformation programme. The role will take the project through RIBA Stage 4 into construction, ensuring safe, efficient delivery within a fully operational environment.
Key Requirements
Proven delivery of major infrastructure projects in live operational environments
Strong NEC contract and commercial management experience
Excellent stakeholder and interface management skills
Experience in aviation, rail, water, nuclear, or similar regulated sectors
Strong on-site delivery background essential
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery through design completion and construction phase
Manage programme, cost, risk, and change control
Coordinate multiple contractors and design teams
Ensure safety and operational continuity in a live airport environment
