Salary: £30,000 + Door-to-Door Travel + Overtime + Company Vehicle
OTE: £45,000+
We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role covering both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive service and repair across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) in line with schedules
* Responding to reactive maintenance calls and fault finding
* Emergency lighting testing and basic fault rectification
* Water temperature checks and compliance monitoring
* Fire safety PPMs and basic system checks
* General plumbing works including minor repairs and installations
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations
* Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role (essential)
* Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance services
* Basic understanding of compliance tasks (fire, water hygiene, etc.)
* Plumbing experience essential
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Clear DBS check (essential)
