Salary/Benefits: £26k - £34k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known name within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, who have recently grown their presence in the North West of England. They are seeking a reliable Water Hygiene Engineer, with existing experience of undertaking routine water sampling, temperature monitoring and TMV/failsafe checks. It would be beneficial to be situated close to the M6 for easier travel across the region. Our client is able to offer excellent further training within the industry, in addition to competitive salaries and benefits packages.

Experience / Qualifications:

* Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer

* Strong understanding of technical guidelines (i.e. ACOP L8 and HSG 274)

* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

* Confident communicator

* Hardworking attitude

* Flexible to travel in line with company needs

The Role:

* Performing routine water sampling and temperature monitoring on domestic hot and cold water systems

* TMV servicing and failsafe checks

* Showerhead descales

* Tank inspections, cleans and disinfections

* Basic flushing on little used outlets

* Recording results and reporting any non-conformities

* Updating site logbooks

* Representing the company in a professional manner
