We’re looking for Project Engineers to be part of a major investment programme at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Cambridgeshire.

🛠 The Role

You’ll take ownership of key engineering projects, including:

* Leading projects from concept design through to final handover

* Developing business cases and project justifications

* Managing contractors, installations, and on-site coordination

* Driving health & safety compliance across all project phases

* Owning budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication

* Ensuring smooth, safe integration into live production

👷 What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience delivering CAPEX projects (ideally within FMCG or manufacturing)

* Engineering background – mechanical, electrical, civil or multi-skilled
(degree or apprenticeship)

* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (e.g. PUWER, CDM)

* A confident communicator with natural leadership ability

* Commercial awareness with strong cost control and project delivery skills
