Construction Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects within the water and utilities sector. This role will lead construction teams, ensure full H&S compliance, and drive high‑quality project delivery across multiple sites.

Construction Manager role:

* Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget

* Oversee RAMS approval, supplier performance and site compliance

* Conduct Constructability Reviews, Project Rehearsals and Fit for Assembly sign‑off

* Drive innovation, zero waste and reduced carbon within construction activities

* Ensure timely submission of commercial and contractual notices

* Forecast labour, plant and material requirements

* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full H&S compliance

About You

* Temporary Works experience/qualification

* Strong project management background

* Degree or equivalent in a construction‑related discipline

* Experience delivering large‑scale construction programmes

* Water/wastewater experience highly desirable

* Strong understanding of CDM and construction H&S

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Able to motivate multi‑disciplinary teams and drive performance

* Commercially aware and delivery‑focused
