Location: Croydon
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:30)
Salary: Up to £43,956 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Field Service Controller to join a busy and fast-paced service operation based in Croydon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to customers.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in coordinating field service activity and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. This includes:

* Acting as the main point of contact for customers, engineers, and suppliers

* Managing and prioritising service jobs, including breakdowns and VORs

* Supporting, mentoring, and leading a team of service controllers

* Handling escalations and resolving issues quickly and professionally

* Monitoring KPIs, workload, and work-in-progress

* Ensuring all systems, admin, and documentation are kept accurate and up to date

* Previous experience in a senior service control, scheduling, or coordination role

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Excellent organisation and problem-solving ability

* A confident decision-maker who can work effectively under pressure

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

* A team player who can lead by example and manage competing priorities
