Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames and groundworks with a turnover of over £50 million. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of Industrial, commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex projects. Project values vary from £1m - £10m.
  
About the Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of construction
  
Key responsibilities include:

Managing valuations, variations, cost control, and payments.
Working closely with project teams and clients to ensure profitability.
Maintaining and developing strong relationships with bulk house builders.
Producing accurate financial reporting to support senior management.
Playing a key role in the delivery of multiple new projects starting shortly.   
Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Experience working with Civil Engineering, Groundworks or Infrastructure
Strong commercial and NEC contractual knowledge.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Degree in Quantity Surveying
