An opportunity to work on our BAM Nuttall/Keir JV project in Plymouth, spanning over the next 5 years
PAYE basis
£340 - £400 per day depending on experience/qualifications
Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
Must Have:
• Academic Qualifications - Civil Engineering related Qualification (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng)
• SMSTS
• CSCS – White PQP/AQP or Black Managers
• May be working towards Chartership/Incorporation with IStructE, ICE or other appropriate professional body.
This role is site based - Monday to Friday
45 hours per week 07:30am - 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
-Setting out works and maintaining dimensional control within specified tolerances
-Managing as-built drawings, quality records, and drawing registers
-Supporting inspection, testing, and recording of workmanship and materials
-Providing technical support and resolving site queries
-Monitoring progress against time, quality, and design requirements
-Preparing site sketches and recording instructions
Experience Required:
-Reinforced concrete works including rebar detailing, sequencing, formwork & falsework
-Temporary Works experience (FRC), including TWD briefs (TWC desirable)
-Short-term planning experience (6‑Week Look Ahead)
-Constructability reviews and planning for heavy FRC works
-Experience working in secure or regulated environments preferred
