Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to support an upcoming pub fit-out project, carrying out both 1st and 2nd fix works in South Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced fit-out environment, working on a live refurbishment project with a strong pipeline of further work available.
The Role:
1st fix carpentry (studwork, framing, structural elements)
2nd fix carpentry (doors, skirting, architraves, finishes)
Working as part of a fit-out team on a commercial pub project
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and site safety
Requirements:
Proven experience in 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
Previous experience on fit-out or refurbishment projects (ideally pubs, bars, or commercial interiors)
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work to drawings and specifications
Reliable, professional, and able to work to programme deadlines
