The Ideal Supply Teacher Will:
Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
Have at least 6 months of classroom experience
Deliver fun, engaging and differentiated lessons for all learners
Show excellent classroom management and communication skills
Be reliable, adaptable and confident in a variety of school settings
