I’m currently working with a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer who specialise in high-quality timber products across residential and commercial projects. They’re looking to bring an experienced Bench Joiner into their workshop team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, workshop-based position producing a wide range of bespoke joinery items to a high standard. You’ll be working on detailed, custom pieces including windows, doors, cabinetry, stairs, and fitted joinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture bespoke joinery items from technical drawings
* Produce high-quality timber windows, doors, cabinetry, panelling, and stair components
* Work with a range of hardwoods, softwoods, and sheet materials
* Ensure all work meets strict quality and finishing standards
* Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on bespoke requirements
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner within a workshop environment
* Strong experience producing windows and doors alongside general joinery
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* High attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach

£40000.00 - £45000.00 per year
