Loader Operative
Salary – £13.10 per hour
Hours – 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location – Eden, Cumbria, CA11 8GU
As a Loader at FCC Environment, you will play a key role in providing an efficient and courteous waste collection service. Working as part of a team, you will ensure the job is completed cleanly and professionally, and support wider team operations where required.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week, however, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days).

What will you be doing?
- Performing waste collection duties in a safe, professional, and courteous manner
- Following routes and schedules as directed
- Reporting issues or hazards to the Supervisor or Team Leader
- Supporting the team with other operational duties as required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times
- Ensuring good communication with colleagues and management
