The Role
As the Mechanical Engineer, you’ll:
* Respond proactively to diagnostic and repair jobs for complex mechanical systems.
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to ensure equipment reliability.
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to maintain compliance with health standards.
* Assist in adaptations and improvements to existing mechanical infrastructures.
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed during all maintenance activities.
You
To be successful in the role of Mechanical Engineer, you’ll bring:
* Experience in a maintenance environment with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
* A recognised apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Knowledge of healthcare systems, including ventilation and heating.
* A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
