Contracts Manager - Drylining

EA Associates are working with a growing and ambitious Drylining contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to support their continued expansion.

The company have built a strong reputation across London and the South East, delivering high-quality drylining and ceiling packages across commercia and residential projects. With a solid pipeline of secured work and continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage.

This is a key position within the company, offering the chance to take ownership of multiple projects and play a direct role in the ongoing growth and success of the business.

The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple drylining and suspended ceiling projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing multiple drylining and suspended ceiling contracts across London and the surrounding areas

* Overseeing Site Managers, Supervisors, and site teams across several live projects

* Programming works and ensuring projects are delivered in line with client requirements

* Managing labour, subcontractors, and materials effectively

* Attending client and progress meetings, building and maintaining strong relationships

* Monitoring project performance, costs, and margins

* Resolving any on-site issues and ensuring smooth project delivery

* Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within drylining and/or suspended ceilings

* Strong technical understanding of drylining systems and installation processes

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
