How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator – Compliance, Stock Control & Distribution

    Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

    Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to support the efficient flow of goods through the business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are received, processed, stored, and dispatched in line with strict quality and regulatory standards.

    This position requires a high level of accuracy, ownership, and accountability, with a strong focus on compliance, stock integrity, and operational efficiency.

    Working Hours

    * Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 17:00

    * Friday: 07:30 – 12:30

    Key Responsibilities

    * Oversee goods in and goods out operations, ensuring all stock is checked, recorded, and processed accurately

    * Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatch of products in line with company and customer requirements

    * Ensure all items are correctly labelled and compliant, including re-labelling of imported goods in accordance with regulations

    * Accurately book stock in and out of internal systems, maintaining real-time inventory accuracy

    * Take responsibility for stock control and inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution

    * Complete and maintain all required documentation and paperwork to a high standard

    * Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and operational efficiency

    * Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment in line with health & safety standards

    Requirements

    * Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

    * Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or distribution environments

    * Strong understanding of stock management systems and booking procedures

    * Ability to work within and uphold regulatory and compliance standards

    * Reliable, professional, and able to take ownership of responsibilities

    * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
