Gold Education Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming secondary school in Braintree, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher to join their department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons, inspire students to stay active, and promote healthy lifestyles within a supportive school environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Teaching Physical Education across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 if applicable)
• Delivering engaging practical and theory-based PE lessons
• Promoting teamwork, fitness, and participation in sport
• Supporting extracurricular activities, clubs, and school teams where possible
• Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback
• Managing behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment
• Working collaboratively within a supportive PE department
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school
• Strong practical knowledge across a range of sports
• A positive, energetic, and motivational teaching style
• Ability to build strong relationships with students
• ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply
