You will need to have the following:
* Organisational skills – able to deal with numbers of jobs at once
* Strong customer service experience
* Able to deal with problems calmly and quickly keeping in mind the best resolution for the customer and company
* Confident with excel and emails
* Working well with others and keeping up strong lines of communication
* Dealing with emails and telephone quotes.
Full time, Permanent. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
