Position: Female Assistant Support Worker
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £9,522 per annum or £13.08 per hour
Hours: Part-time (14 hours per week) - weekends only
We are recruiting a caring and reliable Female Assistant Support Worker to join our supported living service at Juniper. Juniper is a small, friendly home supporting one person with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
You will provide compassionate, person-centred support while empowering the individual to build independence. Working collaboratively with the team, you will support daily living, wellbeing, and community involvement.
Key duties include:
Personal care and medication support
Encouraging daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting)
Supporting access to the community and local activities
Working in line with support plans and risk assessmentsAbout you:
