We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a well-established Facilities Management company covering commercial sites across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties.
Your duties will include:
* Maintenance, repair and installation of commercial plumbing systems
* Working on hot and cold water systems, pipework and sanitary ware
* Fault finding and diagnosing issues efficiently
* Carrying out minor installation and project work
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
* Providing high levels of service to clients on-site
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber within a facilities management or building services environment
* Strong maintenance and fault-finding experience
* Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Experience working on commercial systems
* Full UK driving licence
