Salary: £31,000 - £33,000 dependant on experience

Pre-school

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, shift patterns between 07:30 – 18:30

Purpose of the Role

To lead the day-to-day practice within a room, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and care. The Room Leader supports the team, oversees planning, and ensures the environment meets the developmental needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership of Room Practice

•Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of EYFS activities.

•Guide and support practitioners in delivering outstanding interactions.

•Model best practice and set clear expectations for your room team.

•Oversee routines including meals, sleep, toileting, and transitions.
