This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and driven professional to join a well‑established developer delivering high‑quality residential-led schemes in collaboration with local authorities and registered providers.
Role
As Development Coordinator, you will support the development team across the full lifecycle of projects, from early feasibility and planning through to pre‑construction and project handover. You will play a key role in coordinating consultants, managing information, and ensuring developments progress efficiently and compliantly.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the development management team across multiple residential schemes
Coordinating external consultants including planners, architects, and engineers
Assisting with planning submissions, reports, and development appraisals
Monitoring programmes, key deadlines, and risk registers
Preparing development documentation, approvals, and internal reports
Liaising with internal teams including technical, commercial, delivery, and sales
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
Experience in a development, construction, housing, or property‑related role
Strong organisational and coordination skills
An understanding of the residential development or regeneration process
Confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders and consultants
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A background in development coordination, planning, technical, or project support would be advantageous, though candidates looking to progress into a development‑focused role are also encouraged to apply.
