About the Role:
You will be working within a specialist SEN hub, supporting a small group of 6–8 Key Stage 2 pupils with a range of speech, language, and communication needs. The school has been rated “Good” and prides itself on its nurturing ethos and strong team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored speech and language interventions to support pupil development
* Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to implement individual support plans
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
* Create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Requirements:
* Qualified Speech and Language Teacher or relevant experience in a similar role
* Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within SEN
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
