Job Description
Health Now Complex Care is recruiting Complex Care Support Workers to support adults and children with complex needs across Hertfordshire.
You will be supporting individuals within their homes and community settings who require specialist care, particularly those experiencing mental health challenges and complex behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual care plans
* Support adults and children with complex mental health needs
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required
* Support individuals with emotional regulation, wellbeing and independence
* Follow risk assessments and behaviour support plans
* Maintain accurate care records and incident reports
* Work collaboratively with families, clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
* Support service users to access the community, education, and appointments
* Promote safeguarding, dignity and respect at all times
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 6 months experience in health or social care (complex care, mental health or behavioural support preferred)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Access to a vehicle for community visits
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
* Right to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting individuals with:
* Mental health conditions
* Autism or learning disabilities
* Complex behavioural needs
* Training in:
* PMVA / CPI / MAPA or similar behaviour management
* Safeguarding
* Medication administration
* Mental health support
