I'm currently working with a privately owned business based in the heart of Essex who are looking to expand their Estimating department with a new Mechanical Estimator. Due to an influx of work and continued growth through repeat business with some of the leading contractors in London and the South East.
This role will involve estimating, take offs and procurement of materials. You will be working within a team of 2 with the long term opportunity to step into a senior role.
- Experience managing multiple projects/ tendering multiple projects at the same time would be required for this
- Typical values range between £100k - £5m across a wide variety of sectors

Key skills and experience required
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Mechanical Estimator working within the M&E Building Services sector
* Strong communication and negotiating skills
* Team Player
* Relevant Qualifications and/or Certificates

* Base salary: £25k - £50k (depending on experience)
