As a Solar Sales Associate, you’ll be at the frontline of our mission to make solar energy accessible and attractive to homeowners. You will guide inbound customers through the entire sales process - from initial consultation, through technical guidance, to closing the sale. Using your technical knowledge and expert advice, you’ll design solar PV systems using industry-leading modelling tools. Your work will directly drive sales growth and enhance customer experience, helping MakeMyHouseGreen scale its impact.
Responsibilities
- Guide inbound customers through the full sales cycle with empathy and clarity, ensuring a smooth, consultative experience.
- Provide expert, technical advice on solar energy systems, answering customer questions with confidence and accuracy.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of customers, maintaining regular contact to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Use SolarEdge and other modelling tools to design accurate solar PV systems, including site layouts and component placement.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest solar technology and industry trends to continuously improve your advice and system modelling.
