Forest Care Selection are currently working with a luxury care provider delivering exceptional care services in unique settings.
This innovative provider is seeking a Deputy Manager for their newly commissioned care and nursing home in the Herne Bay area.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a Deputy Manager to be part of commissioning a unique luxury care setting and work with the senior leadership team to set the culture of the home and organisation and shape processes.
The Deputy Manager in Herne Bay will:
* Work with the home manager on the development of this newly commissioned setting including community engagement, assessments, recruitment and the development of the existing staff team.
* Provide leadership, guidance and support to the staff team ensuring they deliver the very highest standards of person centred care.
* Deputise for the home manager and work with them on commissioning projects.
The Deputy Manager in Herne Bay will need:
* To have significant experience in a deputy management position within a large care and nursing home setting.
* Hold Level 5 Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards or a nursing qualification RGN/RMN with active PIN.
* Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations, Safeguarding and governance systems.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
