Solar PV Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Solar PV Electrician to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Electrical systems and be adept at using both hand and power tools. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring that all Electrical installations and repairs are completed safely and efficiently. The Electrician will be responsible for installing new Solar PV installations, troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance and adhering to all safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain and repair Solar PV Electrical systems and equipment in residential settings.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the layout of Electrical systems.
* Troubleshoot Electrical malfunctions and determine the appropriate solutions.
* Use hand tools and power tools effectively.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Electrical codes and safety standards.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamles project execution.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
* Cover various regions within the UK - open to travel & overnight stays.
Experience:
* Proven experience as a Solar PV Electrician or in a similar role is essential.
* Strong Electrical knowledge with the ability to use various hand and power tools effectively.
* Experience in Solar PV for Electrical installations is preferred.
* Valid Electrician license or certifications required.
