About the School: SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Year 5 & 6 Intervention Teaching Assistant to join a large, mainstream primary school in the Plumstead, Greenwich area. Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Year 5 & 6 Intervention TA. This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP until the end of the academic year, offering the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of children who are preparing for SATS examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of interventions for Year 5 & 6
Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and other support staff to ensure cohesive support strategies.
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all students.
Monitor and record the progress of students, providing regular feedback to staff and parents.
Utilize specialized strategies and interventions to support students' learning and development.
