We are looking to bring in a Site Manager / Foreman for our ongoing school refurbishment project at Knowsley Central School, Mossbrow Rd, Huyton, Liverpool L36 7SY.
The requirement will be from Monday 4th May until the handover (likely mid-June)
The works will be mostly 2nd fix M&E installations and finishes with the main construction now complete, as the project is building a new sensory / soft play area at a SEND school for Knowsley Council, experience working in a school would be preferred.
Pre-existing DBS Check preferred but not essential.
Working Hours are 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday but there will sometimes be a requirement to be on site for 07:30 to manage deliveries which will be minimal and the hours can be adjusted to accommodate an earlier finish on those days
