Private Family Solicitor/CILEX

Our client is seeking a Family Solicitor to step into a key role due to the planned retirement of a long-standing team member. Reporting directly to the Director and Head of Conveyancing, you'll play an integral part in delivering high-quality legal services across a broad range of private family matters.

You will manage your own varied caseload of private family law matters, including:

Divorce and separation
Financial remedy proceedings
Private children matters
Cohabitation disputes
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
There will also be opportunities to be involved in advocacy, and candidates with Higher Rights of Audience or strong advocacy experience will be highly regarded.

No billable hour targets - focus on delivering excellent client care
Hybrid working: typically 2 days in the office and 3 from home (flexible and open to discussion, including earlier access post-joining)
Part-time or reduced hours considered
Standard hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm

The ideal candidate will be:

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 2+ years' PQE in private family law
Comfortable managing your own caseload independently
Strong client care and communication skills
Advocacy experience or Higher Rights of Audience (desirable but not essential)
