We are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Fitter / Bathroom Fitter to join a well established maintenance contractor working across Devon.

This role will involve carrying out planned refurbishments or reactive maintenance works within occupied and void properties.

The Role:

Installation and refurbishment of kitchens and/or bathrooms

Planned works and reactive maintenance

Working within residential properties

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within timescales

Providing a professional and customer-focused service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter and/or Bathroom Fitter

Experience within maintenance or social housing (preferred)

Ability to carry out multi-skilled works where required

Full UK driving licence

Good communication and customer service skills
