What we’re looking for:
Level 2 qualification in Childcare (or above) – essential
Previous experience working in an early years setting
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Support and supervise playroom staff to maintain excellent practice
Allocate children to key carers and provide professional feedback to parents
Build and maintain positive relationships with families
Ensure a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children
