A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Teacher with a SEN specialism to join their team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator committed to supporting children with additional needs in a nurturing Early Years environment.

The Role
Lead teaching and learning within an Early Years setting with a focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated learning experiences
Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, speech and language, and developmental delays
Work collaboratively with the SENCo, support staff, and external professionals
Monitor progress and implement personalised learning strategies
Foster a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
Experience working within Early Years and SEN
Strong understanding of EYFS framework and inclusive practice
Experience supporting children with additional needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
