With plans to elevate the food offering and build a strong kitchen team, this is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef who wants to be part of shaping a growing operation.

Responsibilities as Sous Chef
* Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
* Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
* Lead the kitchen during service when required
* Assist with ordering, stock control and prep planning
* Support and guide junior kitchen staff
* Ensure food safety and kitchen organisation standards
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
* Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
* Strong organisation and leadership skills
* Positive attitude and team-focused approach
* Someone excited about helping grow a business under new ownership
