Maintenance Electrician

Position: Maintenance Electrician
Type: Permanent
Location: Sheffield (Mobile)
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 PA plus OT. Van supplied. Mon -Fri 40 hours per week.
We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to provide PPM and reactive services across a commercial facilities in the Sheffield, Manchester and Nottingham area
You will be expected to have good knowledge of FM disciplines and building services. Permanent position paying £40,000 - £42,000 basic plus overtime. Mon-Fri days c40 hours per week plus overtime.

Maintenance Electrician Engineer Description:
·        To ensure that all critical PPM’s are carried out and reactive work at the request of the end user, ensuring that this is in line with SLA’s
·        To ensure the correct H&S procedure is observed
·        To provide Electrical H&S and compliance engineering the facility
·        To undertake minor installation works such as lighting and small power installations
·        To undertake electrical works on the power supply, lighting, power generation, HVAC, UPS, A/C units, etc
·        To support with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines including fabric, compliance, basic mechanical etc.

Skills & Background Required:
Recognised professional apprenticeship or equivalent
NVQ Level 3 Grade (or Part 1 and 2 C&G)
18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations,
H&S Focused with training to support
Ability to deal with conflicting priorities
Proven building maintenance experience
Must be presentable and reliable
Valid driving license
Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
