Salary: Leadership Scale (£61,000 - £86,000) - Based on experience
Location: North London
Position: Deputy Headteacher - Specialist SEN School
Requirement: QTS and senior leadership experience
As Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher to drive strategic improvement, with a particular focus on quality of education, staff development, and pupil outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping curriculum, embedding best practice in SEN, and leading a skilled multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on teaching, learning, and curriculum development
* Drive pupil progress and ensure consistently high standards
* Line manage and develop staff, building leadership capacity across the school
* Promote a strong, inclusive culture focused on communication, independence, and wellbeing
* Contribute to whole-school strategy, safeguarding, and continuous improvement
