Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance.
* Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and equipment.
* Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance.
* Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects.
* Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Electrically or Mechanically qualified, to HNC level.
* Proven track record in managing maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
Location: Easily commutable from most areas of the Northeast
