We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Ireland, working with advanced plastic injection moulding machinery and automation systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in maintenance, fault-finding, or commissioning of injection moulding machines who enjoys working independently while supporting a wide range of manufacturing customers.
What you'll be doing:
* Installation and commissioning of injection moulding machinery
* Preventative maintenance and breakdown support at customer sites
* Electrical and/or mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting
* Supporting machine start-up and optimisation
* Providing technical support and advice to customers
* Completing service documentation and reports
What we're looking for:
* Experience working with plastic injection moulding machinery
* Electrical or mechanical engineering background
* Formal electrical qualification required
* Experience installing or commissioning industrial machinery is highly desirable
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Comfortable working independently at customer sites
* Willingness to travel across Ireland
