Staff are supported through collaborative planning, consistent behaviour policies, and ongoing CPD opportunities, creating a positive and supportive working environment.
The school are keen to appoint a Year 4 teacher with strong Key Stage 2 experience and confidence in delivering high-quality differentiated lessons. Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour is beneficial, as the class requires a teacher who can build positive relationships, and implement consistent behaviour strategies.
The Successful Candidate Will:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
Demonstrate strong KS2 knowledge
Confidently manage and support pupils with challenging behaviour
Build positive relationships with parents and carers
For this Year 4 teacher position you must:
Have a DBS on the Update Service or happy to apply for one through Academics
Have a teaching qualification (QTS)
