Location: Spalding, Bourne, Boston & Sleaford (In-person)
Pay Rate: £25 – £35 per hour (depending on experience)

GSL Education is seeking experienced and dedicated English & Maths Tutors to support secondary-aged students across Spalding, Bourne, Boston, and Sleaford. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping students build confidence, improve attainment, and reach their full academic potential.
This is an in-person tutoring role, so applicants must be able to travel within reasonable distance of Spalding, Bourne, Boston, and Sleaford to deliver sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored 1:1 or small group tuition in English and/or Maths
Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual student needs
Support students with exam preparation and core skills development
Track and monitor progress, providing feedback where required
Build strong, positive relationships with students
Encourage engagement, confidence, and independent learning
Requirements:
Experience working with secondary-aged students (school or tutoring)
Strong subject knowledge in English and/or Maths
Ability to deliver engaging and personalised sessions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must live within travelling distance of Spalding, Bourne, Boston, and Sleaford (this is an in-person role)
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
