This position is ideal for engineers who are confident working independently in a fast-paced service environment and are looking to further develop their skills across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintenance, and fault finding on intruder alarm systems
* Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently across client sites
* Delivering high standards of customer service
* Completing job reports and documentation accurately
* Supporting additional systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Fire (where applicable)
Requirements:
* Fully qualified, or close to qualification, in intruder alarm service and fault finding
* Strong ability to work independently in a service role
* Willingness to join the on-call rota after a short induction period
* Experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Fire systems (beneficial but not essential)
* Based in, or able to cover, the North West
* Full UK driving licence
