I’m working with a specialist Central London main contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out and high-end residential schemes across some of London’s most prestigious estates.
They operate across projects typically ranging from £100k–£5m, covering listed heritage refurbishments, CAT A/B commercial fit-out, high-end residential, and specialist installations.
This is a proper Project QS role — not a step-up — where you’ll take full commercial ownership of schemes from instruction through to final account.

The Role
Full commercial management from project award through to final account
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reporting
• Producing budgets, forecasts, and CVRs
• Managing multiple live projects concurrently
• Working closely with site teams, directors, and clients
• Supporting delivery across refurbishment, fit-out, and high-end residential schemes
What they’re looking for
• Experience with JCT contracts
• Background in refurbishment, fit-out or high-end residential
• Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards)
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to run jobs independently
• Comfortable managing multiple schemes
