How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting! Looking for Primary teaching opportunities in Liverpool?

    We are seeking passionate Primary teachers for our Liverpool based Primary schools for the summer term and beyond! Roles are available on both part-time and full-time bases.

    Main Duties

    To plan and deliver appropriate, high-quality learning for assigned pupils.
    To maintain a thorough working knowledge of national, council and school
    curriculum guidance.
    To create and maintain an organised and stimulating learning environment.
    To employ a range of teaching and learning styles and approaches to meet
    the needs of learners.
    To assess, record and report on the work and progress of pupils.
    To advise and guide pupils on matters related to their education.
    To promote and safeguard the health, welfare and safety of pupils.
    To promote positive relationships and behaviour.
    To work in partnership with parents, support staff and other professionals.
    To self-evaluate and continue to develop professional knowledge,
    understanding, skills and expertise through engaging in appropriate career
    long professional learning.
    Any other duties that may reasonably be considered as part of this post.To join us and be successful in this role you will need:

    Experience as a Primary school teacher
    An enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
    A CV that must cover the last 10 years of employment history (where possible)
    Legal right to work in the UK
    Undergraduate education degree or a degree in any subject and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
