Pay - £13.45 Per Hour PAYE (Inc Holiday) | £17.26 per hour Ltd via Umbrella (Weekly pay)

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Mobile Cleaner on behalf of a local housing association based in the Hampshire area of Eastleigh where the main area of work will cover Eastleigh and the surrounding region.
This vacancy will initially be for 3 months with the incentive to become permanent after this period.
A Full UK Driving License is essential for this position as the Cleaner will be provided access to a Van.
This is a 40 hours per week position and the duties will include:
Cleaning of communal areas within blocks of flats
Removing small dumped items and bin bags to the collection area
Reporting large items for bulk removal
Sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors and other fixtures and fittings along with litter picking, and carpet cleaning to residential communal areas
