Site Manager – Luton Airport

Approch Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a project based at Luton Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a live project delivering a range of refurbishment and extension works within a secure airport environment.

Project Scope:

* Refurbishment of existing areas, including floor, wall, and ceiling finishes

* Decoration of high-level hangar walls

* Extension of a two-storey office structure

Requirements:

* Proven experience working as a Site Manager within construction

* Strong background delivering refurbishment and extension projects

* Ability to manage works within a live and secure environment (preferably in an airport)

* Excellent health & safety management and coordination skills

* Must be able to pass a clear DBS/criminal history check

This role would suit a proactive and organised Site Manager who is confident overseeing subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring works are delivered safely and to a high standard within a sensitive operational environment.
