The schools are looking to take on dedicated Teaching Assistants on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored support to pupils.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working in a primary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A supportive and proactive approach to learning
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
