We are seeking experienced Consultant Anaesthetists to join a leading private hospital group across multiple locations including Plymouth, Portsmouth, and Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a progressive, patient-focused environment where high clinical standards and collaborative working are at the core of everything we do. You will be part of a supportive network of over 30 Anaesthetists across several sites.
The Role
In this key position, you will:
* Deliver high-quality anaesthetic care across a range of procedures including:
* Ophthalmology
* Orthopaedics
* Gynaecology
* General Surgery
* Work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team
* Provide expert advice within your specialty
* Support the development and mentoring of junior colleagues
* Engage in departmental management and service development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Fully qualified GMC-registered Consultant Anaesthetist
* Broad experience across a wide range of anaesthetic procedures
* Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A forward-thinking, adaptable approach to modern healthcare delivery
