The Role
As the Technical Lead, you’ll:
Provide technical support and mentorship to your team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with engineers across multiple sites, primarily based in Darlington and Sedgefield.
Manage on-call rota and respond to technical issues effectively.
Oversee operational effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in the role of Technical Lead, you'll have the following skills and experience:
Experience in technical support within a facilities management context.
Strong electrical engineering background, though open to candidates from other disciplines.
Ability to mentor and elevate team members in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
